Tilted (or sloped) shelves provide better
visibility and access to books on the lower shelves. Blanton and Moore's design provides this
function without taking up more floor space by using our standard end and
intermediate panels. The tilted shelving is available in all
Blanton and Moore standard heights of wood shelving, as well as modified
heights. The standard layout is one
(1) tilted bottom panel and two (2) tilted adjustable shelves. All shelves above would be adjustable flat
shelves, unless specified at the time of pricing. All design features which are available with
Blanton and Moore flat shelving are also available in our tilted shelving.
This includes hole & pin adjustment, one-inch thick shelves, full frame
mortise & tenon base and top frames, and individual wood tops. Options include back panels and continuous
plastic laminate tops. Units are also
available in standard Red Oak or Hard Maple. |
